Netflix is looking for a talented Certification Assessment Developer to join our Global CS Learning & Development (L&D) team in Los Gatos.Netflix’s CS Global Learning & Development team provides service and tools training for both internal and external BPO call centers around the globe, having a direct impact on our customers and the business. This role reports into the Manager of the L&D Services team and will contribute to the evolution of our CS certification program as we expand to new audiences.

Policy Escalations Specialist, Global Customer Service

As a member of the Policy Escalations team, you will analyze and respond to inquiries regarding Netflix’s privacy practices, produce data for law enforcement requests, perform CS tool evaluations, and provide support to our CS network on matters of Brand protection and other organizational practices.We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, has strong judgement, and demonstrates the willingness to get things done. The UX designer will be part of CS Technology team and work closely with cross functional partners in customer service to understand their challenges and create solutions that address their needs.About the Role:As a UX designer for customer service, you will work on agent and customer facing products. You are versatile at creating web and mobile designs. You are creative, customer focused, passionate about solving customer problems and have disruptive ideas that push the boundaries in creating amazing customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with a team of product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to build the next generation of customer service products.About You:You are curious, creative and have experience creating consumer-oriented UI designs.  You have a keen eye for visual design and are a great storyteller. You are highly adaptable and when faced with challenges, you become more creative, not less. You are execution oriented and bring projects from concept to completion, doing everything possible to ensure successful launches.You have a can do attitude. You’re smart, confident and a skilled communicator who welcomes honest and candid feedback. You use data and AB tests to select the best design for our customers. You partner with PMs, engineers, content creators and CS stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to launch.

Tier 3 Technical Escalation Specialist

As a Technical Escalations Specialist, you will monitor product health and work with Engineering and Product Management teams to resolve issues and drive the best possible customer experience. You will utilize a robust set of data analytics including: real-time product health metrics, member escalations, queryable data from database systems, CS and social media channels, and help center metrics. You are a constant advocate for the member experience who can pair data with sentiment to tell a compelling story to Product teams and drive continuous joy for our global membership.In this exciting role, you’ll develop deep knowledge of the Netflix product, as well as work cross-functionally with a variety of internal Netflix stakeholders and external business partners. You’ll strengthen the critical link between our global Customer Service Operations teams as we continue to expand into new markets and grow as a brand. If you are a natural critical thinker, problem solver, have a passion for data analysis and can work with a large variety of cross-functional stakeholders, you are a great for this role.
