We are seeking a Vice President of Partner Engagement to run our global Partner Engagement organization. The Partner Engagement team is responsible for working with ISPs around the world to help design their networks to achieve the best Netflix experience possible for our mutual customers. Partner Engagement Managers are experts on our Open Connect Appliances, internet interconnection (peering and transit), and ISP network architecture, and the leader of the organization should be fluent in all three.

This Vice President position will report to the Vice President of Networks.

Scope Includes

  • Leading a global team (US, LatAm, APAC, EMEA)
  • Partnering with Business Development, Partner Devices and various other teams on holistic support and deals with large ISPs
  • Partnering with Financial Planning & Analysis to model the financial impact of Partner Engagements 
  • Partnering with Government Relations on working with regulators globally
  • Work closely with other Open Connect teams to develop and manage to capacity and financial guidelines


  • At least 10 years experience leading a global team
  • Significant international business experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; you will be an ambassador for the organization to other executives at Netflix and external parties, including ISPs and regulators
  • Ability to model financial and customer impact of interconnection and deployment strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of internet technology concepts (peering, transit, BGP, data center/colocation and related systems)
  • Regional knowledge of interconnection trends and regulatory concerns
