Manager, HR Business Partner - Customer Service

Netflix is looking for an HR Business Partner to collaborate with our Customer Service team. The CS team partners with a network of outsourced vendors who employ 4,000+ agents around the globe to achieve our goal of getting our members back to streaming. The HR Business Partner will support both corporate and regional teams (product support operations, product reliability engineering, learning and development, customer service tools and insights, workforce management, technical research) by influencing and supporting decisions on organization design, culture, talent density, inclusion and diversity and much more. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things.

  • This position requires a minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience in more than one industry or business area is highly desired, with particular emphasis on customer service and operations-focused teams
  • Prior work with fast-growing global companies preferred
  • Regular domestic travel and periodic International travel
