Netflix is recruiting for an HRBP EMEA to join our team in Amsterdam to support our rapidly growing teams in EMEA.
The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. The HRBP EMEA will be to partner with several of our business functions based in Amsterdam and will also drive pan-regional initiatives to help us scale effectively in the region. We are in the early stages of growth in EMEA and our teams in Amsterdam represent a broad-section of functions, all working towards helping our consumers in EMEA access and experience great storytelling.

The right person for this role must have a passion for the business and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives. This position is responsible for providing wise counsel (not HR best practices for HR sake) to the business and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives.
This position requires a solid progressive human resources experience in the media/tech industry within EMEA markets, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
This person should have well-developed coaching, communication, and leadership skills and should provide an example of excellence to all that they interact with. Having successfully coached and influenced individual contributors and managers is a must for this position.
A background in organizational development and previous experience in L&D is also a plus.
