
The Product Management team is responsible for how a member or non-member interacts with our service, as well as content creators who work with Netflix Studio. The Consumer Product Management team is responsible for how both member and non-members interact with our service across a wide array of areas, including, Commerce, Ads, and Games. The Content and Business Products team develops tools and products to support how Netflix pitches, produces, and delivers content. This team aims to improve the experiences across the diverse device ecosystem with the goal of delighting both our members and content creators by offering an amazing, personalized experience that will allow them to discover content that excites and engages them.
The Netflix Experience Design Team (XD) is responsible for the conceptualization of all Netflix products across web, mobile, and television screens for audiences, ensuring a great experience across areas including Commerce, Ads, and Games. Members of the team are also responsible for the design of products needed by those creating content. Our team consists of highly specialized visual designers, interaction designers, prototypers, and design hybrids, working to innovate and improve the user interfaces of over 1,000 devices. In addition to elevating the experience of fans, members of this team also help design products to help Netflix Studio support our content creators. Collectively, the Product Design team ensures excellence across the Netflix experience, thrilling our members and empowering creators to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

Product Discover & Promotion (PDP) sits at the heart of the choosing experience for every Netflix member. From Metadata & Tagging, Creative Strategy & Craft, through to Production, Globalization, and Launch, this team touches every title that our members see on the Netflix platform. Our purpose is to create joy for our members by helping them discover stories they’ll love. We do this by marrying entertainment and visual storytelling with data and innovation to develop creative (artwork and video) for touch points across the Netflix experience.
